Shipping:

• Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $150 and over! Shipping for orders under $150 is $9.95 USD (2-8 days).  $25.00 USD (Priority 1-3 days).  $40.00 USD (overnight)
• Shipping is $25 USD for Canada or FREE on orders over $175 USD.
• Shipping is $50 USD Internationally. 
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days due to high order volume.
• FREE local pickup is available in Fairfield, CA

Returns:

• Butterfly Alley Boutique does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do size exchanges. Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
• You have 14 days from purchase date to return for store credit. 
• Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. 
  
• All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer

Instructions for Return:

• You can start the return process by clicking on "Return Your Order" on the Footer menu of the site.
• Order number is case sensitive (order number always starts with TBD)
• Your order number and email is required to submit the return.
• After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you, 3206 Gleneagles Ct., Fairfield, CA  94534. We will send you a prepaid label, and a $9.95 shipping fee  will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.  
  
  
• Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 3-5 business days.
• Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
• Please note Butterfly Alley Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges will be issued a free prepaid label.
• Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:
  • See Returns for items ineligible for return/exchange
  • Final sale item / ineligible item
  • Past 14-day return window
  • Item has been worn, washed or damaged
  • Same item unavailable in desired size

How will I receive my Store Credit?

Expect an emailed Store Credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. 

What if I paid with Afterpay or ShopPay?

Afterpay/ShopPay purchases are subject to BAB's standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.  

Suppose you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your Afterpay/ShopPay installments. In that case, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive a Store Credit for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
